Jeremy Xido of Cabula6 is writing a screenplay. For a movie. The story begins under a Mulberry Tree in Lisbon, Portugal and winds its way across the ocean and along the Benguela Railway to the battered heart of the high plains of Angola – to the town of Huambo. In May 2008, Jeremy spent 6 weeks in Lisbon researching the first part of the script. Join him as he sifts through 30 hours of video interviews, newspaper articles, half-baked ideas, historical tidbits, horticultural statistics and total digressions as he searches for a thin clean story line out of the morass of contradictory information he’s gathered.
